We understand that occasionally, a product may not meet your expectations or may have issues. This Return Policy is designed to facilitate a smooth and transparent return process.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
a. The product was purchased from Warprints.
b. The return request is initiated within 14 days of the date of delivery.
c. The product is in its original and unused condition, unassembled, unopened, with all accessories and labels intact.
d. The product is not listed under the “Non-Returnable Products” section below.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return unless they are defective:
a. Opened or assembled 3D printed RC tank kits.
b. Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
c. Customized or personalized products.
d. Used models, purchased in form of assembled tanks.
The following products are not eligible for return at all:
a. STL files
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@warprints.net with your order number and the reason for return.
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. All original accessories and packaging must be included.
5. Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, we will process your refund as follows:
a. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges, to your original payment method within 14 business days.
b. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
6. Shipping Costs
a. If the return is a result of our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
b. If the return is for reasons other than our error or a defective product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
