Temporary Shipping Delays to the USA: Affects Postal Mail Only (Small Packets)

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you about a temporary but significant complication regarding shipping to the United States of America via standard state postal services.

Hungarian Post, which we use for our international postal shipping, has temporarily suspended dispatching mail to the USA. This is due to changes in US customs regulations, which have caused the airlines that transport the mail to stop carrying these packages for the time being due to unclear rules.

What does this mean for you?
All orders destined for the USA and shipped via standard postal service (small packets and letters) are experiencing significant delays until further notice. We are unable to estimate how long these delays will last. These shipments may take much longer to reach you than is customary.

IMPORTANT EXCEPTION: FEDEX COURIER SHIPPING IS OPERATING AS USUAL!
We are pleased to announce that this situation does not affect the FedEx courier service. All larger packages, such as kits, models, and larger accessories, that we ship via FedEx are being transported as usual, with no changes to the speed and reliability of this service.

Work to resolve the situation with the state postal service is ongoing at the highest level. We are continuously monitoring the situation with all carriers and will inform you immediately of any progress.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
